The clock tower
Leisure Park is a outdoor area in the Willamette Parkview Mall in Dead Rising. The Convicts are here during the scoop Prisoners and respawn here every night at 12 am.
The Special Forces helicopter patrols this park during Overtime Mode. A crashed helicopter reveals a tunnel under the bell tower.
