Sally Mills is a survivor found hanging from the giant rabbit balloon in Wonderland Plaza, over a horde of zombies with Nick Evans. Frank must first clear out the zombies and then throw a non lethal object (a small weapon, such as the hunk of meat) at Sally to knock her down.
