Randy Tugman is a Dead Rising 2 psychopath. Randy is dressed in what appears to be a horrible fusion of a gimp suit and a pig-theme costume, he wields a Giant Pink Chainsaw. Like most other Psychopaths, his Giant Pink Chainsaw is available after he is dead. He meets his end, ultimately, at the hands of his former first "wife".
Defeating him also awards the "Defiler" combo card.
